ÜBERLÄBENSPOESIE (Installation & Audio)
Überläbenspoesie is an installative work exploring visibility, care, and survival within institutional spaces. These environments are rarely neutral for marginalized bodies; they often exert pressure to adapt, leading to exhaustion and exclusion. The project translates my own perception—as a queer, non-binary person whose nervous system is shaped by loss—into an experiential space.
I carry these losses within me, a story that forms my perception of feelings, spaces, language, and institutions. The installation is divided into two areas: the «Upper» level manifests the cold rigidity of structures through aluminum, harsh lighting and loud noises, while the «Lower» space opens a sanctuary of care through soft fabrics and spoken poetry. It invites visitors to experience the tension between systemic overwhelm and the possibility of tenderness and silent presence.
