HAUTNAH (Wearable Self-Care)
Hantnah (Skin/up close) addresses the invisibility of menstrual pain in public spaces. This project creates room for open acknowledgment through wearable heat pads designed to be visible and aesthetic. The three heated belts incorporate organic shapes inspired by reproductive organs. Made from soft, flexible materials and filled with flaxseeds, they provide relief in everyday life without being concealed, making the presence of pain—and its relief—visible.
